INTERVIEW: Expert Says Border Patrol Agents DID NOT Use Whips, Haitians Lied to About ‘Open Border’

Kate Bartow is a Christian missionary to Haiti and explains to CBN News her views about both the mass rush to border and how the Border Patrol on horseback handled the migrants. Bartow says Haitians were misled into believing the border was open, and that pregnant women and children would have a better chance of getting in.

Bartow is also an avid rancher and breaks down what we were actually seeing in video of Border Patrol agents swinging what many have referred to as a whip.
