Abundant Life with Pastor John Hagee – “The Author of Joy”
Jesus endured the cross with joy! How could there be joy in the midst of such intense suffering? Because He knew that through His sacrifice, you and I would be set free from the power of sin and Satan. That was His joy! He took our sickness, our pain, our sins, and left them at the cross. Jesus found joy in opening the windows of heaven to pour out blessings we can’t even contain. So, stop talking about your faults, your failures—God’s forgiven it, and it’s time you forgive yourself! Like Paul, who rejoiced even in prison, and Joseph, who found joy after being sold into slavery, we too can rejoice, no matter our circumstances. There is healing power in joy!
