Israeli Hostage Rescue, Jack Smith New Indictment, and Harris to Give First Interview #shorts
Israeli forces have successfully rescued a hostage from Hamas’ underground tunnels in Gaza, while launching a major operation in the West Bank. Qaid Farhan al-Qadi is the latest of eight hostages rescued alive since October 7th.
Special counsel Jack Smith has filed a new indictment against former President Donald Trump regarding attempts to overturn the 2020 presidential election. Smith’s new indictment narrowed the allegations against Trump after the Supreme Court’s opinion conferring broad immunity to former presidents.
And Vice President Kamala Harris is sitting down with CNN this week for her first interview since President Joe Biden dropped his reelection bid. The Democratic presidential nominee will be joined by her running mate Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz in an interview with CNN anchor Dana Bash.
