#Netanyahu Halts Plans, School Shooting Kills 6 in #Nashville, and Fire Kills 39 in #Mexico #shorts

Tragedy unfolded Monday at a Nashville Christian elementary school, after a woman, identified by police as transgender, and a former student of the school, allegedly shot and killed three adults and three children. The suspect, who was killed by police, wrote a manifesto and drew up detailed plans to kill.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu halted action on his government’s judicial reform legislation after nationwide protests shut down transportation, banking and commerce. Protests continued Tuesday, but Netanyahu and opposition leaders agreed to meet.

And a fire in a dormitory at a Mexican immigration detention center near the U.S. border left more than three dozen migrants dead. Authorities are investigating the cause of the fire.
