#Teixeira to Appear in Court, #Fox and #Dominion Settle, and SCOTUS Hears Postal Worker Case #shorts

Fox and Dominion Voting Systems have reached a $787 million settlement in the voting machine company’s defamation lawsuit. Dominion had asked for $1.6 billion in arguing that Fox had damaged its reputation after the 2020 election. The settlement averts a trial.

The Supreme Court is hearing the case of a former postal worker who sued the Postal Service because they wouldn’t continue to accommodate his religious belief to abstain from work on Sundays. The government argued his request put an undue burden on other employees.

And Jack Teixeira, the 21-year-old suspect arrested for leaking highly classified U.S. intelligence on social media, will appear in court today. Meanwhile, Senator Lindsey Graham insists people should be fired for allowing someone of Teixeira’s rank to get anywhere near intelligence of such high importance.
