Rioting ‘Doesn’t Reflect My Son or My Family’: Jacob Blake’s Mother Gives Emotional Statement | CBN

Massive protests and riots have taken place in the wake of a shooting involving police officers and Jacob Blake. Jacob’s mother, Julia Jackson said on Tuesday during an emotional press conference.

Jacob was shot by police in a disturbing video released that led to widespread rioting and protests. Jackson said “it doesn’t reflect my son or my family” while adding “if Jacob knew what was going on, as far as the violence and destruction, he would be very unpleased. So I’m asking and encouraging everyone in Wisconsin and abroad, to take a moment and examine your hearts. Citizens, police officers, fireman, clergy, politicians. Do Jacob justice on this level and examine your heart.”
