Pagers Explode in Lebanon, Trump Public Appearance, and Music Mogul Arrested #shorts
Hundreds of handheld pagers exploded almost simultaneously Tuesday across Lebanon and in parts of Syria, killing at least 12 people and injuring hundreds of others. Officials pointed the finger at Israel in what appeared to be a sophisticated remote attack on Hezbollah fighters. The Israeli military declined to comment.
Former President Donald Trump on Tuesday made his first public appearance since Sunday’s second apparent assassination attempt against him. Meanwhile, Vice President Kamala Harris appeared for a rare interview at a National Association of Black Journalists forum.
And music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs was arrested Monday in connection with alleged sex trafficking crimes, blackmail, and other acts of sexual violence. He is being held without bail as he awaits trial.
