Pastor Matt Hagee – “Purpose Of The Holy Spirit, Part 2”

0

The fruit of the Spirit, described in Galatians, includes qualities like love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. These qualities are evidence of the Holy Spirit’s presence and should be cultivated in one’s life. The gifts of the Spirit, mentioned in 1 Corinthians 12, are freely given and include abilities such as wisdom, knowledge, faith, healing, miracles, prophecy, discernment, speaking in tongues, and interpretation of tongues. Possessing the fruit of the Spirit is vital for using and sharing the gifts effectively. Ultimately, the Holy Spirit empowers believers to be Christ’s witnesses and bear spiritual fruit.
